Whether you are new to meditation, a novice or experienced, "Meditation with Kerry" is an opportunity to practice your meditation skills in a quiet, relaxing environment.
Meditation is the practice of quieting the mind, relaxing the body, and seeking inner communication with the subconscious mind and the higher self. It is often used to solicit inner guidance for problems or issues of concern. We will explore some basic guided meditation ideas and concepts and answer questions about meditation in general. Individuals with experience may share their experiences. Those who wish to learn more may ask questions.
During these sessions, we will experience a guided meditation accompanied with soft music. After the period of meditation, participants may discuss their experiences, if they so desire.
The meditations will be facilitated by Kerry Gramse, HSP. Having practiced meditation for many years, Kerry uses meditation to offer thanks, ask for healing and to request guidance on decisions. It offers relaxation and reduces stress. Kerry often enters periods of meditation with a question or a call for intuitive guidance and often come away with an answer.
